Self-Registering for a Shielding Letter
Posted on 14 May 2020
Patients who believe they should be sheilding and have not received a letter from the government should go online (address below) to complete their registration.
Once you have registered we will receive notification of your application and the GPs here will check your records to see if you meet the criteria. You will be contacted by the practice to be told the outcome of this. You do not need to contact us on completion of your registration.
The practice is sent a list of patients on a weekly basis, so this could take up to 10 days for us to receive your registration.
You do not need to contact us, unless you haven't heard from us 10 days after you registered.
