We are pleased to welcome new patients to the surgery and we accept patients who have moved into the surgery boundary.
GPs work as a partnership and as such do not have individual lists of patients that they alone see. You have the right to ask for a particular GP to be listed as your registered doctor and wherever possible we will accommodate this. Further to this we will try to ensure you can have continuity of care by providing appointments wherever possible with the GP of your choice.
If you would like to register with us, please call into reception and collect a registration form which you need to complete. Please bring evidence of your name and address i.e. passport or driving licence and a recent utility bill.
You are entitled to see a doctor anywhere in the United Kingdom if you are away from home and in need of medical help. You can do this by asking to see the nearest doctor as a temporary resident. It is advisable to take your medical card with you as a form of NHS identification. We will be happy to see relatives or friends staying with you if they need a doctor.
Temporary residents will need to complete a temporary resident form prior to their appointment.
If you are unsure if your home address is within our boundary please contact us for confirmation.
