Opening Times
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.30pm. Phone lines open at 8am every day, but the surgery doors will be open at 8.25am. ** The surgery is open on Saturday mornings 8.30am until 12.30pm, but we don't have phone lines open on a Saturday morning. Saturday appointments are all pre-booked and we cannot accommodate emergencies or walk-ins in these 'Extended Access' clinics.

All appointments have to be booked, we don't have any walk-in facility. Please make your initial request for a doctors appointment via eConsult see Practice NEWS for full details. Nurse appointments can be made by calling the surgery.
If you cannot keep the appointment please telephone to cancel. We do operate a failed appointment policy where repeat offenders are removed from the list. Appointments are for 10 minutes.
Extended Access Appointments - are currently suspended.
South Cheshire and Vale Royal GPs offer extended hours appointments at selected practices which are known as GP Hubs.
These appointments are available to any registered patients from any practice within the boundaries of South Cheshire and Vale Royal
Please ask your Practice Receptionist who can book you an appointment, subject to availability.

** SATURDAY Morning clinics are for pre-bookable appointments ONLY. There is no facility to see patients who attend surgery without an appointment, wanting to be seen.
Out-Of-Hours Service
If you need medical attention when the surgery is closed our out-of-hours telephone number is 111.
Monthly Closures - are currently suspended.
The surgery will be closed from 1pm until 5pm one afternoon on certain months to provide essential staff training. The dates for 2020/21 are as follows:

Parking
Parking on the road at the front of the building is limited to a duration of one hour. Longer parking is available to the side and rear of the buidling. Please respect local residents parking sites.
Disabled Access
Witton Street Surgery has one disabled parking space, a ramp up to the front of the building for access and toilet facilities for the disabled.
